Electric Comic Book is the second studio album by cult pop-psych NYC outfit Blues Magoos, originally released in 1967 on Mercury Records. This classic album is one of its era's most memorable musical confections, spotlighting the band's distinctive mix of brash garage-punk and day-glo psychedelic pop on such punchy yet playful originals as "Pipe Dream", "Rush Hour" and ""Albert Common is Dead", and a swaggering reading of Van Morrison's "Gloria". This album plus their debut album Psychedelic Lollipop are classic examples of early US garage psych-pop.
